How long do we get cars for Formals?

Answer:

Each car is charged per hour. Most Formals allocate one hour which allows time to take a few photos and do some cruising.

Question:

Can we view all the cars?

Answer:

We would be very pleased to have you view our cars.  Viewing can be arranged by appointment.  It's best to see all the cars and pick which car(s) you prefer.

Question:

Why should I hire?

Answer:

• We ensure the whole wedding party is transported to the right place at the right time.
• Our Chevy cars have spacious interiors so that your wedding dress and veil don't get crushed.

When should I book?

Answer:

You should book well in advance to make sure you get the car you want.

Question:

How many passengers will fit in each car?

Answer:

Our Chevy cars fit the driver plus 5 passengers.

Question:

Can we bring our own CD's?

Answer:

You can provide your own CD's or you can let us know your what music you prefer.

Question:

How much is it to book cars?

Answer:

We require 20% deposit on all bookings and the balance to be paid at least 14 days prior to the wedding or your event.

Question:

What is supplied with cars?

Answer:

We supply ribbons in the colour of your choice. Complimentary champagne, light refreshments and snacks are provided at the photo location.

What if it rains?

Answer:

Please ask your photographer to have a back up location prepared. We supply umbrella's and shawls if required.

Question:

Is Red Carpet available?

Answer:

We provide Red Carpet service for the bride and groom.

Question:

Do I get the same car I book?

Answer:

We will provide the car that you have booked at all times.  All our vehicles are regularly maintained & serviced to ensure the best possible service is provided.  In the event of any unforseen circumstances we would ensure a replacement car of your choice is provided.

Question:

Can we smoke or drink in cars?

Answer:

No smoking is allowed in any of our cars.  We also prefer no drinks in our cars.
